Your brand on every page
Upload your logo and choose your colours once. Every report and every portal page then carries your firm's identity: the cover, the running header, the sign-off and the email it arrives in.
Your ARN or SEBI registration number, contact details and disclosure text are placed where your registration requires them. Brhannivesh appears only as a small line in the notes, describing the software used.
Delivery by email or portal
Approved reports can be sent as a password-protected PDF by email, published to a secure client portal, or both. In the portal, families see their current consolidated view and an archive of past reports.
Portal access is read-only for clients, protected by a one-time code sent to their registered email or mobile number, and can be withdrawn by you at any time.
On a schedule you set
Most practices send quarterly. Some families prefer half-yearly reports, and some want a short monthly note. Set a default for the practice and override it for any family.
Before each cycle, Brhannivesh shows which families are ready, which are waiting for a statement and which have points you have not yet reviewed, so you can approve in batches with confidence.
