Drift against the plan you agreed
When you set up a family, you record the allocation you agreed with them. Each quarter, Brhannivesh compares the actual allocation with that target and flags any asset class outside the tolerance band you choose.
The flag is phrased as an observation, not an instruction: "Allocation drift: equity is 11 points above the agreed 60%. Consider discussing rebalancing at your next review." What to do about it is your call.
Goals, maturities and gaps
Goals such as a child's education or retirement are tracked against a glide path. If the money set aside for a goal falls behind, the shortfall is noted with the date the goal is due.
Fixed deposits, bonds and policies maturing in the next sixty days are listed with their amounts, so the proceeds can be planned rather than left idle. Missed SIP instalments and expiring mandates are picked up from transaction history.

Points for discussion are marked For advisor review throughout. They appear in your copy of the report and on your dashboard, and are excluded from anything a client receives.
When you have discussed a point, mark it as reviewed and add a short note. That record stays with the family's file, and the point will not be raised again unless the situation changes.
| Type of point | Families | Typical example |
|---|---|---|
| Allocation drift | 41 | Equity 8 points above target |
| Goal behind glide path | 23 | Education goal 12% short |
| Maturity in 60 days | 57 | Fixed deposit of ₹12 lakh |
| SIP gap or mandate expiry | 34 | Two missed instalments |

- 1Brhannivesh does not suggest schemes, products or transactions in any point for discussion.
- 2Goal tracking requires a target amount and date for each goal, recorded when the family is set up.
