Consent, recorded before anything else
Each family member's consent is captured before their data is imported: what types of statement may be read, for what purpose, and for how long. The date, method and scope of consent are stored with the family's record.
If a client withdraws consent, imports stop immediately and their data is scheduled for deletion according to your retention settings.
An audit trail of every report
Every report is versioned. Brhannivesh records when it was generated, who edited it and what changed, who approved it and when it was sent or published, along with the delivery status.
The trail can be exported for any family or any period, which makes inspections and internal reviews a matter of minutes rather than days.
Retention and disclosures
Choose how long statements, reports and audit records are retained, in line with your registration's record-keeping requirements. Data past its retention date is deleted on schedule, and the deletion is itself logged.
Disclosure templates for mutual fund distributors and registered investment advisers are provided as a starting point. Edit them to suit your practice; they are appended to every report automatically.
